Ø Monitor projects from beginning to end

Ø Always strive towards high quality, innovative and functional design

Ø Put together design proposals depending on clients' needs and wants

Ø Meet with clients to identify requirements

Ø Serve as an advisor and give ideas to clients

Ø Produce blueprints

Ø Make corrections when needed

Ø Perform regular site visits to ensure project success

Ø Arrange project specifications

Ø Keep budgets in check

Ø Ensure that all the work is carried in accordance with specific standards

Ø Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices.

Ø Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.

Ø Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.

Ø Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.

Ø Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.

Ø Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.

Ø Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
