**Position Overview**:
As a Business Intelligence Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our website's performance, ensuring we achieve top rankings in Google search results and generate significant organic traffic. You will utilize your expertise in SEO, web development, UI/UX design, copywriting, and various analytics tools to create and execute strategies that enhance our web presence and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Website Performance and SEO**:

- Analyze website performance metrics and provide insights to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to optimize website content and structure.
- Oversee web development projects to ensure they align with SEO best practices and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create keyword-rich content and optimize copywriting for SEO.
- Ensure our web presence is optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Create landing pages and content for website along with the content creator.
- Fix and update websites to optimize performance.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to monitor and report on website performance.
- Conduct cross-platform reporting to provide comprehensive insights into web and social media performance.
- Use SEMrush and other SEO tools to track keyword rankings, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to web traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- **Paid Advertising and Campaign Management**:

- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords and other platforms.
- Plan and execute strategies for boosted and paid ads across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of paid campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong background in SEO and web development.
- Experience with SEMrush or similar SEO tools.
- Excellent understanding of web UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on SEO.
- Experience with cross-platform reporting and data visualization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Coordinator, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development.

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
