**Job description**

1. Pre-Shipment Documentation - Invoice, Packing List, COO, Preparing BL instructions, ACD to CHA, etc.

2. Post-Shipment Documentation - Commercial Invoice, Packing List as per LC wherever applicable. Bill of Exchange etc.

3. Handle Entire Incentive Portfolio - Duty Drawback etc.

4. Co-ordinate with Logistic Department

5. Import Shipments - Checking Bill of Entry, Covering insurance,

6. Self-Correspondence & Excellent Communication Skills.

7. Analytical & problem solving.

8. Computer Proficiency (MS Office/ Power Point / Tally)

9. Functional Knowledge.

10. Coordinate with existing customers & new customer

11. Interacting with internal & external stake holders in material movement.

12. Invoices, bills, payment follow ups

13. Respond to complaints from customers

14. Developing and maintaining of database. Regular reporting & follow-ups

15. To maintain good relationship with an existing clients to ensure in increase order.

16. Tracking both Top & Bottom line for the Key accounts business.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate with 3+ years’ experience in international Sales & Export sales.

2. Very good communication skills.

3. Minimum 3yrs experience

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
