**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports to track logistics operations, inventory, shipments, and delivery performance.
- Create, update, and manage job sheets to ensure that all logistics tasks (such as deliveries, pickups, and inventory management) are accurately recorded and tracked.
- Perform data analysis on logistics metrics such as delivery time, fleet performance, inventory levels, and cost analysis using advanced Excel functions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide insights into logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy in reporting.
- Automate routine data collection and reporting processes using Excel or other tools to improve efficiency.

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP & Data visualization).
- Knowledge in MIS reporting, data analysis, and managing large datasets.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, including inventory management, fleet management, and shipment tracking.
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail for creating job sheets and maintaining data accuracy.

- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree.
