**Fryer Operator - Namkeen & Chips Manufacturing Company**

**Fryer Operator**

**Location**:
Rajasthan

**Job Purpose**:
To operate, monitor, and maintain the frying equipment for namkeen and chips production, ensuring quality, safety, and production efficiency as per defined standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate frying equipment for namkeen and chips as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor oil temperature, frying time, and product flow to ensure consistent product quality.
- Adjust frying parameters based on product type, moisture content, and production plan.
- Perform regular checks for product color, texture, moisture, and taste to meet quality specifications.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of raw and finished product from fryer lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of fryer area and related equipment.
- Check and record process parameters, oil usage, and wastage as per production log sheet.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any abnormalities or breakdowns immediately to supervisor.
- Assist in oil filtration and oil change as per defined schedule.
- Ensure minimum product wastage and control oil consumption.
- Support packing and seasoning teams as required.
- **Education**: ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th pass with relevant experience.
- **Experience**: 1-5 years as fryer operator in namkeen, chips, snacks, or similar food manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of frying process and equipment (batch fryer / continuous fryer).
- Basic understanding of food safety, GMP & HACCP.
- Ability to detect changes in product quality.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
