Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
Take dictation and minutes.
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Job Requirements

Bachelor s degree in any field
2-5 years of experience as personal assistant, secretary or similar job.
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Should be fluent in English & Hindi Language.
Interpersonal skills.
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask.
Attention to details.
Confident elegant and knockout personality.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month
