**Responsibilities**:
- Find patients who need funds as per the criteria defined by the company.
- Explain the concept of crowd funding to them, Educate them about crowd funding and Ketto’s role in raising funds & help them create campaigns
- Interact with patients, understand their financial needs.
- Help patients to create campaigns, write their story with relevant pictures, upload their documents
- Be available in your designated hospitals, create & maintain a relationship with Doctors/Medical Social Workers
**What you bring to the table**:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is mandatory
- Willingness to travel (in-city) in covid19 situation
- Ability to meet targets with regard to fundraisers
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment
- Empathy to understand the needs of the clients/patients.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Etc.)
- Valuable insights for decision-making
- Willingness to work for flexible hours on occasion to handle requests from clients
- Fluency in Tamil in addition to Hindi and English is a must
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a huge plus but not mandatory
