**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Conduct thorough keyword research and develop an actionable SEO strategy aimed at improving rankings for targeted keywords.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize landing pages, blog posts, and product pages for relevant keywords. Ensure meta tags, headers, alt texts, internal linking, and URL structures are SEO-friendly.
- **Content Optimization**: Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize content that is SEO-optimized and engaging for users, ensuring a balance between technical SEO and user experience.
- **Technical SEO**: Work closely with developers to identify and address issues like site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing, crawl errors, and other technical factors impacting search engine rankings.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building, guest posting, and other white-hat SEO practices.
- **SEO Audits & Reporting**: Perform regular SEO audits to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Generate comprehensive reports on rankings, traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Competitive Analysis**: Analyze competitor websites, keyword strategies, and backlink profiles to identify opportunities and gaps in our SEO approach.
- **Local SEO**: Optimize for local search (if applicable) by managing Google My Business, local citations, and creating geo-targeted content.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Adapt strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the industry.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a high-growth company.
- **Technical Expertise**: Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and technical SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- **Analytics Skills**: Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track and report on SEO performance.
- **Content Knowledge**: Experience in collaborating with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Up-to-Date Knowledge**: Familiarity with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Certifications (Optional but a Plus)**: Google Analytics Certification, SEO-related certifications from recognized platforms (e.g., Moz, SEMrush Academy, HubSpot, etc.).
