**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and executing effective strategies to improve the website's organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the online platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable target keywords and phrases that will drive organic traffic.
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine visibility and ranking positions.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement SEO-friendly content strategies, ensuring that content is optimized for relevant keywords and follows best practices.
- Perform on-page optimization activities such as meta tag optimization, URL structuring, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, content creators, and marketing managers, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and updates on SEO performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred but not mandate. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 6 months+ working as an SEO Executives or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

- Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
