**DESIGNATION: In-house Legal Officer**

**DEPARTMENT: Legal & Liasoning**

**RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
1. Drafting of variance deeds.
- Providing Legal opinion in various matters.
- Coordination with consultants.
- Statutory activities regarding land development.
- Checking various agreements and contracts.
- RERA Compliance.
- Suggest and develop a plan of action considering the legal risks involved in the issues.
- Brief Senior Advocates on critical issues and assist them in handling our litigation matters.
- Attending and arguing Court cases before the District Court, Civil Court, Consumer Court, Criminal Court, Revenue Tribunals and Charity Commissioner.
- Prepare Title & Search Report and coordinate with the parties involved for verification of the Documents.
- Due diligence of the Documents received with regards to Ongoing and upcoming Projects and ascertain the encumbrances of those respective projects.
- To maintain a status update on the pending cases.
- Drafting of any letters and notices regarding legal compliances relating to customer’s issues.

Drafting and executing Deeds and Documents, approving and settling Leave & License Agreement, Release Deed, Conveyance Deeds, Agreements to Sale, Sale-Deed, Gift Deed, Assignment / Transfer Deed, Rectification Deeds, Memorandum of Understanding, Indemnity Bond, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, etc. and other documents relating to real estate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹242,403.34 - ₹920,951.70 per year
