We are a growing software development company seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on crafting high-quality visuals and can balance taking direction with showcasing their own creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling images, graphics, and infographics for digital platforms.

Produce professional video content, including animations, promotional videos, and short clips for marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret project briefs and deliver designs aligned with brand guidelines.

Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the impact of marketing campaigns and design projects.

Maintain consistency and quality across all design deliverables.

Manage project timelines and deliver work within deadlines.

**Qualifications**:
3-5 years of experience in graphic and video design (portfolio required).

Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.

Strong skills in both static and motion graphics.

Ability to interpret briefs effectively and bring creative solutions to the table.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with advanced motion graphics or 3D design.

Familiarity with current trends in digital marketing and design.

Knowledge of social media and web design best practices.
