**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX & Creative Designer to join our in-house team. This is an office-based role, ideal for someone who is passionate about creating intuitive UI/UX designs, ad creatives, and brand assets while working closely with our development and marketing teams.

If you also have experience in video creation and editing, it will be considered a strong advantage.

**Work Timings**:

- Time: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create ad creatives, banners, brochures, and social media content for campaigns.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into visuals.
- Prepare wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final design assets.
- Maintain brand identity consistency across all design projects.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) for design and editing tasks.
- (Optional Plus) Create and edit videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design and creative design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and creative assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Good knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Understanding of user-centered design and usability testing.
- Ability to work full-time from our office premises.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- (Bonus) Hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics.
