**Job Title: Equity Dealer/Equity Advisor - Stock Market Trading**

**Location**: Noida

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sat-Sun off)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Calling**:

- Proactively generate leads within the target market.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients interested in stock market trading.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and risk appetite.
- Provide insights into stock market trends and investment opportunities.
- **Trade Execution**:

- Execute buy/sell orders in the stock market on behalf of clients.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios to maximize returns.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of stocks, sectors, and market trends.
- Provide timely market updates and trading recommendations to clients.
- **Risk Management**:

- Assess and manage risks associated with trading activities.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect client investments.
- **Client Education**:

- Educate clients on various trading strategies and investment products.
- Offer guidance on building a diversified and sustainable portfolio.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in equity trading and advisory services.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- In-depth knowledge of stock market dynamics and trading strategies.
- Ability to handle client queries and concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
