**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and produce videos with voiceovers, subtitles, graphics, and animations.
- Ensure consistency with branding and instructional design best practices.
- Maintain and update the training video library as new features are released.
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (LMS, ERP help section, intranet, YouTube, etc.).
- Gather user feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in video creation, editing, or instructional design.
- Proficiency with tools such as Focusee, OBS Studio, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts in simple terms.
- Attention to detail with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement.
