As a Video Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging videos that effectively communicate the importance and value of our agency's services to our target audience. Your work will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and client acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:
Conceptualize, storyboard, and script video content that effectively communicates our agency's value proposition, services, and success stories, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and techniques.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand the agency's goals and objectives, ensuring video content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and targets specific digital marketing channels.

Utilize your creativity and technical expertise to produce high-quality videos, incorporating captivating visuals, audio, and graphics that resonate with our target audience.

Capture and edit footage, adding appropriate music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the overall video experience and convey key messages effectively.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and digital marketing, suggesting innovative approaches to create compelling videos that drive results.

Manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high level of quality and adhering to project deadlines.

Collaborate with the content team to repurpose video content for different formats, such as short clips, teasers, and animations, tailored to specific digital marketing campaigns.

Leverage your digital marketing expertise to align video content with marketing objectives, ensuring videos effectively support lead generation, conversion, and customer retention efforts.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Video Creator or similar role, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Strong proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools, along with experience in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.

Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital marketing concepts into engaging videos that resonate with the target audience.

Solid understanding of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and post-production processes, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements, including aspect ratios, durations, and best practices for optimal engagement.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring videos are polished, error-free, and aligned with the agency's brand guidelines and digital marketing strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.

A portfolio or reel demonstrating your video production skills, creativity, and experience in digital marketing, showcasing your ability to create impactful videos aligned with marketing objectives.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
