Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately inputting and updating data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
- **Document Scanning**: Scanning, organizing, and storing physical and digital documents.
- **Data Maintenance**: Ensuring data integrity and consistency by regularly reviewing and correcting data entries.
- **Spreadsheet Management**: Creating, formatting, and managing Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze data.
- **Quick Data Entry**: Efficiently entering large volumes of data with high accuracy.
- **Quality Control**: Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- **Reporting**: Generating reports and summaries from the data as needed.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Other Duties**: Performing other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel**: Strong skills in Excel, including data entry, formula use, and spreadsheet management.
- **Typing Speed and Accuracy**: Fast and accurate typing skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- **Scanning Technology**: Experience with scanning devices and software.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- **Basic IT Skills**: Understanding of basic IT operations and troubleshooting

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
