Process Associate- Invoice to Cash

- Your role will require you to utilize your skills to process Invoice to Cash (Receivables / Disbursements / Cash Apps) transactions for a major P&C Insurance client. You will be required to process with expected accuracy and within the expected timelines as per the business requirement._
- Responsibilities_
- _Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies._
- _Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments._
- _Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution._
- _Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund_
- _Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to invoices, and payments._
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)_
- _Freshers are eligible_
- _Demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation._
- _Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)_
- _Proficient in English language
- _A strong attention to detail; analytical skills and the ability to multi-task are important_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Invoice to Cash_

- _Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision_
- _Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure_
