THE OPPORTUNITY

Wavicle is hiring a Sales Administrator to support the sales team by providing administrative and organizational assistance. Provides sales support activities including account and industry research, operational support of sales tech stack, bid generation support, administrative tasks such as contact list cleansing, etc.

What do you get to do:

- Provides research support to sales team for named accounts and target industries
- Assist in the development of account plans
- Provide administrative support on compiling and cleaning lead lists via tools, third parties, etc for data quality purposes
- Create and manage sales reports using HubSpot and other reporting tools
- Assist in the creation of sales campaigns via HubSpot in coordination with onshore sales and marekting team
- Maintain the HubSpot CRM to ensure data is clean, consistent, and up to date
- Assist in creating documentation, how-to guides, trainings, and other materials to support the training and onboarding of new hires in all things sales

What you bring:

- 2+ years of business, sales or operational analyst experience
- Understanding of sales and sales processes in the US Market
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Strong English verbal and written skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented
- Self-driven, self-started, self-motivated
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Bonus: experience with HubSpot Sales Enterprise, ZoomInfo SalesOS or related Sales tools and technology
