**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and issue customer invoices based on sales orders and delivery notes.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and tax regulations, including E-invoice and E-way Bill generation.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up for timely payments.
- Resolve discrepancies and investigate payment issues or disputes.
- Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis.
- Generate periodic Accounts Receivable (AR) reports for management review.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation for all receivable transactions.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable and General Ledger teams for interdepartmental tasks.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- **Experience**: 2 years (preferred) in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
