We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Placement Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in coordinating placement activities, supporting students in their job search, and facilitating connections with potential employers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing placement drives and recruitment events.
- Maintain and update the database of companies and job openings.
- Support students with resume writing, interview preparation, and career counseling.
- Communicate with employers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Collect feedback from companies and students post-placement activities.
- Help in preparing reports and presentations on placement statistics and trends.
- Participate in networking events and workshops to enhance placement opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
