- Knowledge in Trouble shooting with IBM partner Canada/ US
- should be willing in taking up system backup fixing hardware software.
- Should work with IBM Consultant to build migration proved to the power.
- Help in team product development to production environment.
- The setup and maintenance of Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, and File Server.
- Creating, Installing, configuring, and maintaining the Virtual Machines, installing Guest Operating Systems like Windows, and Linux from VMware and Hyper-V technology
- Act as a Microsoft Active Directory manager and corresponds to GPO update and DFS implementation and maintenance.
- Provide strategic direction to CCS Global Tech external customers.
- Lead engineer to deploy monitoring/SOCK/ MSP agent indifferent client’s environment and understand the MSP approach.
- Understand and knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Full knowledge of troubleshooting and scripting and IT automation
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
