Job Title: Domino Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Domino Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Domino Administrator to take on a key role in maintaining and supporting our IBM Domino environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Domino servers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing upgrades and patches as required.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain our IBM Domino environment, including servers, databases, and users;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Domino, including view and agent performance, networking, and user access;
  • Configure and implement security measures to protect our data and systems;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and new technologies related to Domino administration;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize project work;
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Domino Administrator, with a strong understanding of Domino architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and network infrastructure, including Active Directory and DNS;
  • Experience with Domino Designer, including application development and maintenance;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience;
