**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily printing production activities on the shop floor.
- Allocate work to machine operators and helpers efficiently.
- Ensure printing quality control and maintain standards.
- Monitor worker discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
- Track ongoing jobs and update management regularly.
- Maintain inventory of inks, plates, chemicals, and paper stock.
- Handle minor machine maintenance coordination if required.
- **Have working knowledge of pre-press processes** (like plate making, color proofing, file checking, imposition).
- Coordinate with pre-press team for smooth job handover to press.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
