**Responsibilities**

1. To ensure the production process is following the QMS procedure.

2. To ensure that the machinery, system and process condition are in good condition.

3. To ensure that products meet with customer's specification.

4. To carry out troubleshooting as well as machine repair with the help of Maintenance

Department, Line Leaders and Operators.

5. To check and verify all the reports generated by Operators and Line Leaders.

6. To achieve Quality Objectives of production department set by Management (that is to reduce

material loss) and make full capacity utilization of all machines.

7. Responsible to follow safety norms as and when required.

8. To run and operate the machine as per SOP
- Auto blender
- able to set the recipes
- Extruder Unit
- shall able to set the parameters as per center lines and change screen changer mesh
- T Die
- shall able to set and adjust the die bolts as per profile and carry out lip cleaning
- Emboss unit
- shall able to adjust the thickness and air gap as per requirement
- Gauging Unit
- shall able to set the recipes, monitor the profile and take necessary action
- Corona Unit
- shall able to set CT level as per requirement
- Web Defect Detector
- shall able to carry minor adjustment and verify the detection system is working properly, shall intimate line leader/ Operator for the measurement setting
- Printing unit
- shall able to adjust printing parameters
- Winding and Slitting Unit
- able to set slit width and paper core
- Stretch wrapping Machine
- able to stretch wrap the pallets

9. Responsible for the safe working condition on the following:

- To ensure that all staff use the equipment's, safely and properly.
- To train new staff on usage of safety equipment.
- To conduct check on safety equipment with safety contractor.

10. Identify areas of continual Improvement.

11. Responsible in keeping and maintaining SS in factory premises.

12. Participation in regular internal and external audits on the quality systems.

13. To ensure that the printing process is carried out as per SOP.

14. To do any other job assigned by superior/ HOD/ Management.

Authorities:
1. Authorized for Managing of Staff:

- To assign and delegate job and responsibility efficiently to line leader, operators and

Printing Operator.
- To Plan and ensure sufficient staff at all time and minimize overtime.
- To train new staff and retrain old staff when necessary.
- To inform staff on any events or meetings.
- To motivate and coordinate with staff for problem solving.

2. Authorized to control and co-ordinate with production team in daily routine work.

3. Authorized to raise quality alerts &Cl cases.

4. Authorized to raise MT requisition for any machine or any other abnormality.

5. Authorized to execute the work on recommendation of senior supervisors.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Production Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
