**Key Responsibilities**:
***Procurement Management**:

- Source and procure electrical components, materials, and equipment for control panel manufacturing at both Pune and Chennai locations.
- Identify and establish relationships with multiple suppliers to ensure a diversified supply base.
- Negotiate favourable terms, prices, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

**Supplier Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of suppliers, both domestically and internationally.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and delivery timelines, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Actively seek out new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality materials.

***Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels at Pune and Chennai facilities to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
- Implement and maintain inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

***Cost and Export Management**:

- Analyze purchasing data to identify opportunities for cost savings, including in export procurement.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and currency fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with logistics and export teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and timely delivery of export orders.

***Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, supplier contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.

***Qualifications**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in electrical procurement, preferably in the electrical panel manufacturing industry.
- Experience in export purchasing is a plus point.
- Excellent skills in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
