Associate Pediatrician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily clinical care in the NICU and PICU under the supervision of senior consultants.
- Manage and monitor critically ill neonates and pediatric patients, including ventilator management, fluid and electrolyte balance, and emergency interventions.
- Assist in high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation.
- Conduct physical assessments, order investigations, and interpret diagnostic results.
- Initiate treatment plans and monitor progress of intensive care patients.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation of patient care.
- Coordinate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.
- Educate and counsel families regarding patient condition, treatment plans, and prognosis.
- Adhere to infection control practices and hospital safety protocols.
- Participate in academic activities, case discussions, and audits.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
