**Position Title -**Exe / Sr. Executive
**Department -** (Customer Support - NPD)

**Location -**Vadodara

**Salary Range -**Around 25000/
- **Education -**Any Graduate (preferably engineer) or relevant qualification

**Responsibilities**

In-time submission of Spares/Service/AMC quote with defined TAT (co-ordination with tech support team) - Communicate with branch/customer for AMC status, it’s tracking and quotations - Communicate with branch/customer for AMC/Service/Spare invoice - Co-ordination with stores and logistics for on-time FOC/chargeable material dispatch ensuring it reaches on time to user or branch. - Communicate with branch for spare stock and it’s replenishment activity - Payment reconciliation with Finance & update/maintain revenue data - Co-ordinate with tech-support team, branch & customer for service parts movement with proper documentation & tracking - Should be able to manage commercial operations and various expenses and budgetManage service line system effectively with regular update to branch for response time and SLAs - Manage installation records with the help of installation team
