**Job Title : Junior Executive - NPD coordinator**

Department : NPD

Role Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Educational Qualifications : Preferred someone with a Graphic designing Front office management Or an engineering degree.

Experience : 1 - 2 years of experience.

**Preferences : Should have worked in Design house.**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and manage Graphic design brief project trackers.
- Keep in constant touch and co-ordination with various cross functional
- departments such as, Marketing, Graphic Design, Render, Art work
- Purchase, R&D, Production - to ensure the delivery of the Creative
- designs as per brief submitted by marketing.
- Screen the GD options for any error, apprise designer, fix and submit to
- requester.
- Verifying the approved GD/Render for printability and micro details are
- included in Render with details file.
- Additionally build and maintain NPD tracker,
- Maintain and update product library. NPD samples shall be appended as
- and when launched.
- Regular updates to internal stakeholders & external customers to ensure
- they are fully notified on delivery times of all projects.
- Carrying out competitor and market research.
- Helping to decide on USP’s, hero ingredients & marketing claims for
- products.
- Maintains component, fragrance and competitive libraries.

**Job Purpose**

The role holder will be responsible to help the group deliver Graphic Design and Render development+ maintain product library It is important to note that our NPD (New Product Development) department, does not only focus on packaging development. They play the role of the overall project managers in the product launch process. Their responsibility begins from the day an Graphic Design brief is created, to the first production run. The group has separate R&D (formulation development), QC, Molding, Purchase departments - but the NPD team is the overall owner of all product

**Skills Required**:

- Should come from a Design house front office management background
- Organized & administratively strong.
- Good Communication Skill in English (written & verbal).
- Excel expert for maintaining Project list data base

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,249.73 - ₹40,690.73 per month
