Location: Pannimadai, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore

**Job Type**: Part-Time (4 hours/day, 5 days/week, 1 Casual leave per month)

**Salary**: Rs 8000/- per month

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assess the child's speech and language development to identify specific areas of concern and develop a customized therapy plan.

2. Provide one-on-one speech therapy sessions for our child, focusing on improving speech and language abilities.

3. Implement various therapeutic techniques and exercises to enhance communication skills, including articulation, vocabulary, and comprehension.

4. Monitor and track the child's progress and make necessary adjustments to the therapy plan.

5. Collaborate with the child's parents to educate them on speech therapy techniques and strategies that can be used at home.

6. Create a supportive and engaging environment to ensure the child feels comfortable and motivated during therapy sessions.

7. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and any relevant documentation.

8. Stay updated on the latest developments in speech therapy and incorporate new methods and resources as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in working with young children who have speech and language delays.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with the child.

3. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children improve their speech and language abilities.

4. Flexibility to work in the specified hours (anytime between 3 PM to 9 PM) and provide therapy in the child's home.

5. Prior experience in creating individualized therapy plans and tracking progress.

6. Willingness to collaborate with the child's parents and provide guidance on home exercises and activities.

7. Knowledge of the latest speech therapy techniques and resources for children.
