**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide design and sales consultations.
- Create and present design concepts, layouts, and mood boards aligned with client needs and budget.
- Collaborate with the design and execution teams to deliver functional and aesthetic solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and finishes to offer fresh ideas.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct site visits to understand space, measurements, and feasibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2years) in interior design with exposure to client handling and sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to use design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar).
- Customer-focused with a flair for aesthetics and space planning.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
