**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**As a Nursing Tutor / Lecturer**:

- Prepare and deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions to nursing students.
- Develop and update curriculum and teaching materials in line with INC guidelines and institutional standards.
- Supervise clinical postings and guide students during hospital-based practical training.
- Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students.
- Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs.
- Assist in organizing seminars, conferences, and community health outreach programs.

**As a Staff Nurse**:

- Provide direct patient care in assigned hospital units as per the duty roster.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare team members for effective treatment plans.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety standards.
- Serve as a role model of ethical and professional behavior for students during clinical duties.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the State Nursing Council.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching or clinical experience (preferably both).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to balance academic and clinical responsibilities efficiently.

**Desirable Attributes**
- Passion for teaching and commitment to the nursing profession.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required by hospital and college schedules.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital tools.
- Enthusiastic team player with leadership capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
