- Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
- Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships

- Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
- Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
- Cleans and re-sets his/her working area
- Implements the department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:

- House Rules and Regulation
- Health and Safety
- Grooming
- Quality
- Hygiene and Cleanliness
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
- Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
- Prepared food cost effective meal for all employee Maintaining Health & Safety standards
- Handle complete section production and order requirement on internal system daily
- Managed and expedited food preparation line
- Created menu for special and volunteer events
- Adhere to receipes and standardisation of production
- Training to be imparted to commis according to training plan
- Train kitchen new-hires and interns on proper procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
