**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **B2B Sales Executive** to join our team. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and research potential business clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce products/services, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals that align with company objectives.
- **Account Management**: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular reports on performance metrics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
