**About the Job**

You should be an experienced professional in managing Global Mobility process and compliance, Data Analytics, Assignee contract management and Tax

your duties will include evaluating as is process, alignment to organizational policy and recommending suitable solutions to standardize the process. You may also be required to follow the transition methodology and ensure seamless transition of the activities identified across phases.

**Main accountabilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring seamless execution of company's global mobility processes. Implement various global mobility policies, processes creating an outstanding employee experience.
- Responsible for Manpower mobilisation / deployment / demobilisation in alignment with schedule for various ongoing projects in international locations.
- Lead all international assignment services covering immigration, expat compensation, and relocation activities and legal issues.
- Support the design, implementation and administration of global assignment programs.
- Manage all processes and daily activities related to global assignments.
- Responsible for managing Global Mobility Tool.
- Preparation of assignment related letters like contract letters, immigration letters and other documentations.
- Managing assignment related allowances and benefits
- Liaise with HR leadership and business managers to drive the global mobility agenda.
- Define & drive robust SLAs and working closely with HR and business leadership.
- Managing the relationship with the external provider, tax consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Create Monthly / Quarterly Analysis and reports for senior business HR leadership

**About You**
- A bachelor’s degree is required and master’s degree in HR or Business related field preferred.
- 5 to 8 years as Global Mobility Specialist experience with focus on SLAs in MNCs.
- Strong working knowledge of international assignment life cycle.
- Prior experience of developing mobility processes/policies
- Ability to multitask and influence and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Pro-active attitude, Excellent interpersonal skills, Team player
- Decision making
- Effective verbal and listening and written communications skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
