**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

2. **Operations Support**:

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

3. **HR and Employee Support**:

- Oversee employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordination in recruitment process
- Assist in on boarding new employees, including preparing documentation.
- Organize team events or meetings as needed.

4. **Customer Interaction**:

- Address customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Support sales and service teams with administrative tasks.

5. **General Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of the office environment.
- Report and follow up on any maintenance or technical issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of equivalent experience in administration or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a small team setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
