Qualification
- MBA in Finance and NISM Series-IIIA (Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund)) Certificate

Experience

Salary - 3Lakh to 5Lakh

**Responsibilities**:

- Head of Risk, Legal and Compliance team, Finance & Risk team, Investment Funds & Business Development team, governance groups, MAS Group Boards External - MAS Members, Solicitors, Industry organizations, Fund Supervisors, Regulators e.g. FMA The Investments Compliance Manager is a specialized role which monitors and ensures the investment compliance obligations for the Managed Investment Scheme (MIS) license and investment offers, including MAS’s Kiwi Saver scheme, superannuation scheme, wholesale investment funds, and any new funds that are developed are completed effectively and in a timely manner. The role is responsible for facilitating meetings of the Investment Monitoring Group, assessing and reporting on the effectiveness of Compliance Assurance Programme (CAP), and for investment governance reporting. The role also supports the Board (who are responsible for MIS license obligations) with executing their fiduciary duties of acting in the best interest of investors through oversight, review and reporting on the currency and creation of governing documents such as offer documents, (PDSs, fund updates, SIPOs), Supervisor/FMA reporting and Disclose register obligations.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
