Experience on Technologies:
**Citrix Xenapp/Xendesktop 7.x**
**VMWARE**
**Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2019**
**Windows Desktop OS platform (Win 8 and Win 10)**
**Azure / GCP- 2-3 exp must.**
**PowerShell scripting**
**VMWare**

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency)

12+ Years of experience in Citrix Administration with both XenApp and XenDektop with multiple sites and farms.

Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix XenApp and Xendesktop. Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation.

Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Web Interface, Storefront and NetScaler)

Strong understanding of Load Manager, Resource manager and installation manager.

Printers Management in Citrix

Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration

Strong knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile configuration

Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager’s thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration

Windows Active Directory Administration

Experience on managing Citrix farm on VmWare will be added advantage.

Performing VmWare virtual machines host vmotion, Storage vmotion as part of daily work as needed.

Working with VMware for the challenging issues and fixing it on time.

Ensuring that proper monitoring is in place for VMware ESX and related components to address the issues proactively

Hands on experience on Azure or Google Cloud knowledge will be added advantage

Should be able to work on P1/P2 and provide RCA/PCA to customer on time.

**Qualification**:
Required certification in citrix & VMware

Knowledge of TCP/IP and interoperability with various network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.

Knowledge of MS Windows, and VMware operating systems.

Knowledge of information security techniques to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

Knowledge of Dell or HP servers and experience with warranty support.

Working knowledge of network tools, such as, Visio, Wireshark, etc.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of MS SQL and Oracle databases.

Basic understanding of SAN architecture.

Ability to communicate with other employees in the company in both technical and non-technical roles.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work.Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers.**
