**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and in-house design and execution teams.
- Ensure project milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular site visits and review project progress.
- Prepare BOQs, work schedules, and procurement plans.
- Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and site logistics.
- Manage project documentation and reporting.
- Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve issues and delays in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
- 0-1 years of project management experience in interior fit-outs or construction.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, materials, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and other project tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Experience in managing high-end corporate or commercial interior projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.

**Compensation**:
As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
