Tbot Techno Systems, an IT solutions and services provider, is seeking a talented Marketo Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our Marketo environments to optimize customer engagement. As a Marketo Admin, you will work alongside the marketing team to create and maintain customized marketing campaigns, reports, and analytics that align with business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage Marketo workflows, campaigns, and programs
- Develop and maintain Marketo forms, landing pages, and templates
- Monitor Marketo database health and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted content and messaging
- Manage Marketo integrations with other technologies such as Salesforce
- Utilize Marketo analytics and reporting to provide insights to the marketing team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketo Administrator
- Extensive knowledge of Marketo best practices for lead management and data hygiene
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM integrations
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Optional: Marketo Certification.
