Key Responsibilities:

- **Campaign Management**:Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Paid Search, Paid Social, Display).
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Budget Management**:Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending and achieve desired ROI.
- **Optimization**:Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance, increase conversions, and achieve business goals.
- **Collaboration**:Work with internal teams (e.g., creative, product, sales) to align strategies and ensure campaign success.
- **Audience Research and Targeting**:Conduct research to understand target audiences and refine campaign targeting strategies.
- **Staying Updated**:Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising platforms to ensure campaigns remain innovative and relevant.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Digital Marketing Knowledge**: Understanding of various digital marketing channels and best practices.
- **Experience with Advertising Platforms**: Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC (pay-per-click) platforms.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve performance issues.
- **Creativity**: Ability to develop creative ad copy and landing pages.
- **Continuous Learning**: Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
