**Job Title**: Marketing Project Manager

**Location**: First Floor, FB, B-1 Extension, Block B-1, Block E, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Badarpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110044

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Manage the entirety of marketing projects from conception to completion. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- **Timeline Management**: Keep track of timelines and deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed as scheduled and milestones are met.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors to ensure services/products are delivered on time and to specifications. Address any vendor-related issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- **Client Communication**: Regularly update clients on the status of their projects. Manage communications regarding project adjustments and timelines.
- **Feedback Integration**: Actively solicit and handle customer feedback, ensuring it is communicated to vendors and incorporated into project execution as necessary.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the quality of outputs from all parties, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and company standards.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and upper management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience with client service and vendor management.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

**Desired Skills**:

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
- Experience in digital marketing and online project management tools.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
