**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and the quality of work.
- **Quality Assurance**: Test and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices to ensure a consistent user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in front-end design and development.
- **Proficiency in Figma**: Strong skills in using Figma for creating design prototypes and mockups.
- **HTML/CSS Expertise**: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- **WordPress Expertise**: Hands-on experience in customizing WordPress themes and managing content using WordPress.
- **Knowledge of JavaScript**: Basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.
- **Design Tools**: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and solve design and development challenges.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
