**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos aligned with the creative vision.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and provide input during brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, trends, and tools.
- Use strong visual storytelling, pacing, and composition to craft engaging content.
- Perform basic audio editing, syncing, and mixing to enhance video quality.
- Create motion graphics and animations using software like Adobe After Effects (optional but preferred).

**UI/UX Design**:

- Conduct user research to gather insights on user behavior, preferences, and needs.
- Design intuitive interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
- Optimize designs for performance and responsiveness across devices.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Video Editing Skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Familiarity with motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects (preferred).
- Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and video composition.
- Basic audio editing and syncing skills.

**UI/UX Design Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional but advantageous).
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

**General Skills**:

- Creative problem-solving and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Awareness of current design and video editing trends.

Pay: ₹13,066.17 - ₹36,653.95 per month
