Job Description:
To coordinate and execute all activities from the time an order is received until payment

is collected from the customer. This role is critical in ensuring fast, accurate, error-free

order fulfilment, with a strong focus on on-time delivery and complete customer

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely order entry into the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Proposal) and customers to

ensure seamless order processing.
- Review and process customer Purchase Orders (POs), create Order

Acknowledgments (OAs), and resolve issues before materials are received.
- Plan daily work, manage priorities, escalate issues, and follow up proactively.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status, dispatches, and

payment follow-ups.
- Create internal Work Orders post-PO receipt.
- Register POs with principals and coordinate with them for order confirmation

and dispatch.
- Ensure proper documentation and support for smooth invoicing and collection.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role, preferably in an engineering products

company.
- Skills:

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Attitude:

- Aggressive, proactive, and hyperactive work style
- Committed to long-term growth within the company
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and grow
