**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- As an AM/DM - Tractor PDI at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Manufacturing division, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of Tractors meets the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the PDI process, conducting quality checks, coordinating with the manufacturing team, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the PDI, and ensure that the Tractors are delivered to customers in perfect condition.

- To excel in this role, you should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Electrical and Electronics.
