**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

**Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

**Pitching and Presentation**: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting key selling points and addressing any concerns or objections.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up activities.

**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

**Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads to ensure that they meet the criteria for potential customers and are likely to convert into sales.

**CRM Utilization**: Enter and update customer information accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.

**Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback on customer reactions, market trends, and suggestions for improvement to the sales manager. Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, such as sales managers, to coordinate efforts and optimize overall team performance.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

**Experience**: Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role. Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM systems is an advantage.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.

**Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and close deals.

**Goal-Oriented**: Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.

**Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Time Management**: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
