**JobDescription**

**ROLEANDRESPONSIBILITIES**

1-Knowledge about Operating, Setups and Programming on CNC & VMC machines.

2-Responsible for feeding raw materials into machinery, on production cell of CNC VMC Balancing m/c lines, and monitoring the process.

2-Managed and supervised CNC & VMC Operators,Daily Work Management for Achieving Production Target.

2-In addition, carry out basic quality checks points of product such as - Gauges, dials, process parameters, calibration, etc.

3- Vendors material planning, monitoring,packaging before dispatches to customers.

5- Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles, disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

6- Scheduling work hours and shifts, Coordinating job rotation, Multiskilling of operator.

**QUALIFICATIONSANDEDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS**

BE Mechanical \ Diploma Mechanical - 1 to 3 years experience

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
