We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Verbal Trainer to join our team and assist students in preparing for the Verbal sections of standardized tests such as GRE, GMAT, and SAT. As a Verbal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping students enhance their verbal reasoning, critical reading, and analytical writing skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting Verbal Training Sessions:
Plan and deliver comprehensive Verbal training sessions tailored to the specific requirements of GRE, GMAT, and SAT.

Utilize effective teaching methodologies to engage students and foster a positive learning environment.

**Curriculum Development**:
Develop and update curriculum materials, including lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments, to align with the latest test trends and changes.

Stay informed about updates to standardized tests and incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum.

**Individualized Coaching**:
Provide one-on-one coaching to address individual student needs and weaknesses in the Verbal sections.

Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their performance through personalized strategies.

**Progress Monitoring**:
Track and assess student progress through regular evaluations and practice tests.

Provide timely feedback to students and adapt teaching strategies to address areas requiring improvement.

**Stay Current with Test Trends**:
Stay abreast of current trends, question types, and formats in Verbal sections of GRE, GMAT, and SAT.

Research and incorporate the latest test-taking strategies and resources into training sessions.

**Communication and Collaboration**:
Maintain open communication with students, addressing their concerns and providing support.

Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective test preparation program.

**Motivation and Inspiration**:
Inspire and motivate students to excel in their Verbal skills, instilling confidence and a positive mindset.

Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

**Administrative Tasks**:
Assist in administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, maintaining student records, and submitting progress reports as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (English, Education, Linguistics, etc.).

Previous experience in Verbal training for GRE, GMAT, or SAT.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with standardized testing formats and question types.

Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education.

**Salary**: ₹10,385.97 - ₹35,470.46 per month

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
