**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing performance marketing strategies across digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns under guidance to improve ROI, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support A/B testing efforts and analyze performance data to contribute to campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to help create compelling ad copies and visuals.
- Assist in managing and optimizing budgets across campaigns to ensure cost-effective spending.
- Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
- Assist in generating performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with a basic ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with supervision.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,605.51 - ₹35,677.04 per month
