- Key Responsibilities
- Provides direction to employees at all levels of the company regarding Company policies and procedures.
- Assist in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Works with Business Partner and to revise and update Company policies, procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbooks.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives.
- Assists with the coordination of Company functions as needed.
- Responsible for communicating company information.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Contribute towards space planning, Employee orientation, training & development.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Requirements**
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Must be organised & methodological to problem solving approach.
- Knowledge of Performance Management.
- Knowledge of labor legislation & legalities in relation to HR & employment rights.
Knowledge of compensation & benefits systemProfessional Attributes
- Excellent communication skills & Attention to detail.
Analytical mind and problem-solving Aptitude with Strong Organizational skills & Visual Thinking**Education/Qualification** : Bachelors in Human Resource, Masters is a Plus
